[PC News] Asus show new LED monitors

Hi, today Asus show new LED monitors with (!!) IPS (In-Plane Switching) and VA (Vertical Alignment) panels (!!)

Designed with the environment in mind
As with all ASUS products, the Designo ML Series maintains strict green standards. The monitors use mercury-free LED-backlit panels and ship in cardboard packaging consisting of at least 80% recycled material. They are also highly energy efficient. Users can expect to save approximately 37.2KW/h** of energy while also reducing ultimate CO2 emissions by 23.6Kg a year, equivalent to planting 1.9 trees annually or two years’ oxygen for a family of four. An innovative Eco-Mode further reduces energy consumption by 55%, allowing for lower electricity bills.

Award-winning design
The Designo ML Series combines style with practicality, featuring a sleek geometric design and a super-slim profile. The unique double ring stand enables easy tilt and swivel adjustments, while the glossy piano black-finished bezel sports LED touch buttons that present a clean and seamless appearance. The slim and elegant design of the Designo ML Series was recently recognized with the Japan-based Good Design Award for its contribution to quality living as a home décor centerpiece.
